This movie was very well done. It kept the comic relief of the original Star Trek tv show as well as the comraderie of the crew. It was great to get a feel for how they all became a team. This is a must see for anyone who enjoyed the tv shows and the older movies.
This film is definitely in my top five of 2009! Although I went into Star Trek knowing it was written and directed by the great JJ Abrams (LOST), I had low expectations for the film. I left extremely surprised by the great performances, impressive visuals, and AMAZING storyline (should have never doubted Abrams!). This movie is a must see!
